This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. The ideal candidate is positive, professional, and enjoys interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Enjoys working with and assisting customers
- Basic computer proficiency
- Dependable, positive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to remain professional and adaptable in a retail environment

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their questions, requests, and purchases
- Provide friendly, positive, and professional customer service
- Operate the cash register, including opening and closing procedures and basic troubleshooting
- Assist with store decorations and seasonal displays
- Stock merchandise and maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays and shelves
- Utilize store computer systems to support inventory control, including product counts, stock organization, and inventory, manufacturing, and stock transactions.
- Prepare customer orders for pickup
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Take customer orders by phone and provide accurate pricing and timelines for order completion, delivery, or pickup
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
