About The Position

Be a leader in customer service, always remaining positive and professional.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must love interacting with people
- Have the ability to stand for the majority of your shift
- Have basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with all their requests and needs
- Operate a cash register which includes opening and closing registers as well as troubleshooting register issues
- Follow all alcohol sales standards
- Stock products and make sure shelves are organized and clean
- Assist with Store decoration
- Assist with inventory control
- Create orders for pickup
- Occasionally make deliveries and going to post office or to the bank for change orders.
- Follow food safety procedures and coach to those standards.
- Take orders over the phone, giving accurate prices, timeline for orders being completed, delivered, or picked up.
- Understand computer system including inventory, manufacturing, and stock transactions
