About The Position

Golden Bolt is the connecting link between some of the largest health, wellness, beauty, and pet brands online and their customers. We deliver cutting-edge wellness solutions to customers all over the country — and across the globe. The Retail Clerk is responsible for preparing retail and special-order items for shipment. Additional responsibilities include order distribution, shipment audits and ensuring that every order released is packed to completion. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork must be promoted within all levels of Retail. This person will provide operational support and collaborate with the Operations team for continuous improvement and consistency of processes. Hands on approach, interacting daily as part of the team. Actively supports the Company’s vision and goals. The Retail Associate is also responsible for the meeting daily and weekly Retail goals.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all Retail orders within 48 hours
• Manage/update dedicated google sheets and slack channels
• Ensure workflow is executed in accordance with SOP’s and job aids
• Collaborate with management to relay team performance, and optimize procedures in accordance with company policies
• Maintain consistent workflow by adhering to the order distribution process
• Ensure the organization and effectiveness of the order desk and printing area
• Meet effective and accurate goals set by the management team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fulfillment center
• Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them as necessary to the Fulfillment Manager
• Responsible for various data entry
• May be required to load/unload trucks
