About The Position
Arcus is looking to recruit a part-time In Store Cleaner for Sainsbury's Monks Cross store on a fixed-term basis until June 30th, 2026. This role involves 18 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71. The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the store, operating machinery, and carrying out various cleaning tasks. Immediate start is available. Arcus provides full training for this role.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
- An eye for detail and cleanliness.
- A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
- Must provide a smartphone with NFC capability for the Arcus Connect App.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within Sainsbury's stores.
- Operate machinery.
- Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping.
- Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies.
- Work outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied.
