About The Position

Empire Distributors Inc, a leading beverage distributor, is seeking a Retail Chain Coordinator. This role offers excellent benefits, competitive wages, and potential for growth opportunities. The coordinator will attend chain store shelf sets to protect and maximize Empire brand priorities, coordinate manpower for these sets, and recap activities with the Area Sales Manager. They will also build relationships with retail chain and distributor set captains, work with the Empire Chain Department on pricing and authorizations, and act as a shelf set consultant.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Attend chain store shelf sets in order to protect and maximize Empire brand priorities.
Coordinate the needed manpower for each set to ensure Empire is represented at every store set.
Recap all activities and outcomes of each set to Area Sales Manager.
Establishes and maintains close working relationships with assigned set captains from each retail chain and distributors.
Work with Empire Chain Department to ensure accurate pricing, authorizations and retails for every product within each set.
Acts as a shelf set consultant to provide set reviews and recommendations.
