About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager in Havre, MT., you'll be the heartbeat of our Havre store! You will be responsible for crafting unforgettable customer experiences, driving sales with passion, leading and empowering your team, maintaining store standards, safeguarding company assets, and becoming a trusted part of the Havre community. This role requires a commitment to working all scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays, with an expectation of 50+ hours weekly. Outdoor knowledge in areas like recreation, farm and ranch, animal health, tools, and hardware is a plus for connecting authentically with guests.

Physical ability to lift and carry 0-15 lbs. continuously, 15-50 lbs. frequently, and 50-55 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 55 lbs.

Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7am-7pm and Sun 9am-5pm.
