About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager in Havre, MT., you'll be the heartbeat of our Havre store! You will craft unforgettable customer experiences, drive sales with passion, lead and empower your team, maintain store standards, and become a trusted part of the neighborhood. You will leverage your working knowledge of outdoor recreation, farm and ranch, animal health, tools, and hardware to connect authentically with our guests.

Requirements

Committed to supplying our North 40 guests with phenomenal customer service
Good communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals on a regular basis
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining detailed and focused
Sales experience, merchandising, and computer skills a plus
Skilled in leadership, sales generation, strategic planning, business acumen, time management and general retail software proficiency
Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-15 lbs. continuously, 15-50 lbs. frequently, and 50-55 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 55 lbs. Spending 100% of work time on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases and pallet jacks.

Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7am-7pm and Sun 9am-5pm. As a manager, expect to log 50+ hours weekly.
