About The Position
We are a high volume liquor store seeking a Retail Cashier. A basic understanding of computer systems is important. The ability to help customers in a timely and accurate manner is a must.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects (over 50lbs)
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work well with others in a team
- Positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Utilize cash register to record all sales
- Collect and secure all funds
- Package all merchandise in boxes or bags
- Provide excellent customer service by offering every customer your attention and help
- I.D. any customer that appears to be 50 years old or younger
- Be attentive to customers who appear to be intoxicated and deny the sale to them when necessary
- Perform any other duties as required
