Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Retail Cashiers to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Retail Cashier, you will be responsible for managing all transactions while providing excellent guest service. Requirements

• Must be able to work all Nashville Predators home games
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all games
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to accurately handle money and count change
• High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, and assist whenever possible
• Process sale with point of sale system and bag merchandise
• Advise, upsell, and influence the purchase of additional products to maximize sales
• Maintain records related to sales
• Routinely stock merchandise and maintain back-stock
• Must learn and understand the different types of product to help fans with question
