About The Position

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences and creating an exceptional shopping experience through eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and efficient execution of Front-End operations. The role supports customers and teammates while contributing to an inclusive, safe, and respectful store environment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs., up to five times per hour.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of up to four hours.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of up to two hours continuously.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Process customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with established Front-End procedures.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow established safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and maintain the confidentiality of Company information.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
