This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold brand promises. The position also involves assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes. The role requires performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Additionally, the team member must interact positively and respectfully with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
