We are seeking a dependable, highly organized Retail Cash Office clerk to oversee daily cash handling, financial auditing, and safe balance integrity for our retail store. In this role, you will manage store vault operations, perform daily register reconciliations, prepare bank deposits, and ensure strict adherence to internal control policies and loss prevention standards. Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Enjoy working with people and providing great service
- Comfortable learning and using technology
- Listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage store vault operations

- Communicate clearly and confidently, using friendly eye contact and positive body language
- Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with care
- Build trust and connection that encourages customers to return
- Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
