This position is responsible for servicing the daily operations of the Green Bay Packers Pro Shop Ecommerce Division. The role involves answering incoming phone calls, taking orders, and assisting customers with inquiries. It also includes making customer courtesy calls, being knowledgeable about the Green Bay Packers and other Lambeau Field businesses, and staying aware of current organizational events. Additional duties may include checking in new merchandise, picking and packing orders during slower periods, processing gift notes, scanning pick sheets, and fulfilling gift cards. The associate will also assist management with special projects as needed.
