About The Position

Call Center Secretary will interact with Panoramic Health’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The Call Center Secretary will identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong social skills to aid in building relationships with customers.
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
  • Build positive rapport with customers.
  • Perform research while on the phone gathering information from customers.
  • Prioritize tasks to make sure the most important tasks are done first.
  • Enter new customer data and updating the information of existing customers.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Research answers to customer questions.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
