About The Position

As a Crossroads Buyer, you help deliver a fun, fashion-centered, affordable shopping experience by hand-selecting items for the store and providing high-level customer service. You welcome customers, help them understand how selling their clothes works, and encourage them to participate in second-hand fashion. The role involves buying, merchandising, inventory practices, organizing, and maintaining a welcoming shopping and working environment. Crossroads offers training, professional development, and clear paths for advancement.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of retail experience.
• A good eye for fashion and current trends.
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hand-select items to sell in the store.
• Greet customers and create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment.
• Explain the selling process to customers and encourage them to sell their clothes.
• Provide high-level customer service grounded in service, inclusion, and education.
• Act with integrity and reliability, including arriving on time and ready to work.
• Adapt to changing needs and support teammates and customers as needed.
• Clean, organize, and merchandise the store.
• Participate in training and learn buying, merchandising, and inventory practices.
