Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in banking and/or sales management
- Strong skills in communication, leadership, sales, and coaching
- In-depth knowledge of retail and business banking products and services
- Solid grasp of banking operations, policies, and PC proficiency

- Specialized bank sales and product training preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the branch office in achieving sales and service goals
- Engage in outside sales and client service outreach to current and prospective clients
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Organize and direct branch activities, including staff oversight
- Serve as a key retail leader within our organization
