The Retail Banking Representative (Broward) is responsible for opening new accounts, personal and business. This role ensures the proper documentation for new accounts has been gathered and properly documented, and cross-sells bank products/services. The position involves inputting data and documents for KYC (Know Your Customer), assisting branch personnel and customers with account-related inquiries, and providing quality customer service in person, via email, and by phone, as well as to internal departments. The representative will also perform Teller duties when needed, processing teller transactions, performing all teller paying and receiving functions for commercial and personal accounts, including services such as deposits, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, and Cash Advances. Additionally, the role requires gathering CTR information for transactions exceeding the established threshold and balancing the cash drawer.
