Position Overview:
As a Student Member Consultant, you are expected to provide the best customer service experience to our members while processing a variety of banking transactions. In this position, you are on the front line, and we are counting on you to make a positive impact with each member interaction. We are all in this together! Throughout the internship program you will have support and guidance from the Branch Manager and other branch team members. We know that it takes everyone to make a positive impact on those in our community and the members that we serve.

Requirements

• Provide the best customer service experience to our members while processing a variety of banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• To provide top-tier customer service by greeting and welcoming members.
• Process transactions timely and efficiently.
• Offer and cross sell credit union products and services.
• Adhere to credit union guidelines and procedures including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring, reporting, security operation, and personnel policies.
• Partner with the Branch Manager and team members to resolve disputes or discrepancies.
