About The Position

This role is part of PNC's Retail Banking Development Program (RBDP), an accelerated development program for recent college graduates with exceptional leadership potential. The program aims to develop the next generation of Retail Bank leaders through a 24-month curriculum that includes sales, technical, and leadership/professional development training, enhanced by experiential learning opportunities. The Financial Wellness Solutions track focuses on developing leaders within key retail channels, helping organizations provide holistic financial wellness solutions to their employees. This involves driving engagement through experiences that help employees achieve their financial goals, offering a range of solutions from banking and investing to financial education, student debt solutions, and retirement plan services. Analysts will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Financial Wellness Solutions group to prepare them for an Associate Relationship Manager role. Upon successful completion, graduates may be placed in a role aligning with their skills and potential. The program involves significant local travel within the market and some travel outside the market for events.

Responsibilities
