About The Position
Bank of Marin is seeking an eager and friendly experienced Retail Banker to work at their Mill Valley branch. Retail Bankers play a valuable role in a branch team by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service, matching financial products to customer needs, selling bank services and products, and making qualified referrals to bank partners. This role also involves providing support in other branch areas as needed. The ideal candidate is a high performer with the ability to listen, analyze and interpret data, resolve problems, and build strong customer relationships. Bank of Marin is a community-based commercial bank offering opportunities to learn about supporting local businesses and engage in community service for non-profit clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years banking experience is required.
- Ability to work at various locations if necessary.
- Computer literacy required.
