About The Position
Bank of Marin is seeking an eager and friendly Retail Banker to work at their downtown San Rafael branch. Retail Bankers play a valuable role in a branch team by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service, matching financial products to customer needs, selling bank services and products, and making qualified referrals to bank partners. This role also involves supporting other areas of the branch as needed. The ideal candidate is a high performer with the ability to listen, analyze and interpret data, resolve problems, and build strong customer relationships. This position offers the opportunity to learn how to support the financial needs of local businesses and engage in community service for non-profit clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years sales, customer service, and cash handling experience is required.
- Ability to work at various locations if necessary.
- Computer literacy required.
