About The Position

FSNB is seeking a friendly, adaptable, entry-level Retail Banker to provide customer service and conduct general office work and banking transactions. Most locations are inside Walmart, offering customers the convenience of banking where they shop and providing prospecting and sales opportunities. The role includes sales, cross-selling, account opening, and account management. FSNB provides paid on-the-job training; finance or accounting experience is not necessary. The position offers opportunities for career growth, including advancement to team leader, supervisor, bank officer, or branch manager.

Requirements
