About The Position

Channel Partners is hiring an energetic, outgoing, customer-focused Retail Audio Product Specialist to represent a major audio company inside Best Buy stores. The specialist engages with customers, demonstrates products, explains features and benefits, and helps shoppers choose premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products while supporting sales and the customer experience. This is a short-term holiday assignment with required availability on November 21, 22, and 25; November 27–30; and December 19–24. Shifts are five hours, with schedules communicated in advance. Full availability across all scheduled dates is highly preferred.

Requirements

Comfort approaching and engaging customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Reliable and able to consistently work scheduled weekend shifts.
Ability to stand and move throughout the store for the duration of a shift.
Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk, and/or hear.
Always lift and carry items up to 10 pounds into the store.
Frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Previous retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience.
Interest in consumer electronics, music, headphones, speakers, and technology.

Responsibilities

Represent a major audio brand professionally and enthusiastically within Best Buy stores.
Engage customers and identify their audio and technology needs.
Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.
Educate customers on product options and help them select products suited to their needs.
Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement and product demonstrations.
Maintain a strong understanding of products, promotions, and key features.
Collaborate with Best Buy employees to support the overall customer experience.
Keep the brand display and demonstration area clean, organized, and customer-ready.
Complete required training and program reporting.
Represent Channel Partners and the client brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
