Holiday Retail Audio Product Specialist
About The Position
Channel Partners is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer-focused Retail Audio Product Specialist to represent a major audio company inside Best Buy stores. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, explaining key features and benefits, educating shoppers, and helping drive sales of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products. The assignment is a short-term holiday role with 5-hour shifts on scheduled dates: November 21, 22, and 25; November 27–30; and December 19–24. Specific shift schedules will be communicated in advance, and full availability across the scheduled dates is highly preferred. The specialist works with Best Buy employees to support the customer experience, keeps the brand display and demonstration area clean and ready for customers, maintains knowledge of products and promotions, and completes required training and program reporting. The position requires standing and moving around the store throughout the shift and performing the physical activities described in the posting.
Requirements

- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Reliability and ability to consistently work scheduled weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk, and hear.
- Ability to always lift and carry items up to 10 pounds into the store and frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation.

Responsibilities
- Represent a major audio brand professionally and enthusiastically within Best Buy stores.
- Engage customers and identify their audio and technology needs.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.
- Educate customers on product options and help them select products suited to their needs.
- Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement and product demonstrations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, promotions, and key features.
- Work collaboratively with Best Buy employees to support the overall customer experience.
- Keep the brand display and demonstration area clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Complete required training and program reporting.
- Represent Channel Partners and the client brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
