About The Position
Responsible for greeting and offering sales assistance to customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions that reflect that of Four Seasons Standards. Performs/assists in other duties as assigned including, but not limited to: fitting room recovery, housekeeping duties, preparation and participation in quarterly physical inventory, price changes, and shipping to guests.
Requirements
- Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
- Oral and written proficiency in the English language.
- Basic math skills.
- Prior experience in sales and customer service; luxury market a plus.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales and repeat clientele.
- Aware of all promotions and advertisements. Keep updated with current trends in the respective markets.
- Passion and creativity for visual merchandising.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with guests; demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Maintain a neat orderly appearance of store facilities by cleaning, organizing and tidying. Also requires keeping product sized and straightened.
