About The Position

Reporting to the Spa Manager, the Spa Attendant plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest at our Thermal Spa. In this cleaning-oriented role, you will help maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for guests by preparing spa pods, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This is a casual, on-call position with no guaranteed hours, best suited for someone looking for flexible, occasional work.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or cleaning roles.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work independently.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Perform daily opening and closing procedures for spa pods.
Monitor all systems during spa sessions, adjusting as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment, ensuring each pod is sanitized, restocked with amenities, and guest ready.
Ensure a seamless and departure process check-in process for all guests.
Work efficiently without compromising quality.
Fold laundry and clean dishes in designated areas to prepare pods for upcoming guests.
Stock supplies and maintain accurate inventory records to support daily operations.
Report and communicate any incidents involving staff or guests that require attention in a timely manner.
Promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure a well-functioning facility.
