The Retail Attendant provides outstanding guest service and sales support in Dellshire Resort’s retail outlets. This position is responsible for processing purchases accurately, maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment, and assisting guests in finding merchandise that enhances their Dellshire Resort experience. The Retail Attendant embodies Dellshire’s commitment to luxury service and friendly hospitality by creating memorable shopping interactions for every guest.

Requirements

  • Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform accurate cash-handling and basic math functions.
  • Dependable, professional, and guest-service oriented.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high guest interaction.
  • Proficiency with POS systems preferred.
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for all cash, credit, and resort charge transactions.
  • Handle all cash and credit card procedures in accordance with resort policies.
  • Maintain awareness of store promotions, resort amenities, and merchandise offerings to assist guests effectively.
  • Restock shelves, displays, and inventory as needed to ensure store readiness.
  • Keep retail areas clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Monitor merchandise for damage or misplacement and report issues to leadership.
  • Support team members in receiving shipments, tagging items, and organizing back stock.
  • Answer guest questions regarding products, pricing, or resort locations with professionalism.
  • Follow all loss prevention and security procedures.
  • Uphold Dellshire Resort’s standards of appearance, communication, and guest engagement.
  • Assist with store opening and closing duties, including reconciling cash drawers.
