As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you'll provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience while enjoying the flexibility to spend your days off on the mountain. No retail experience? No problem — we'll train you! You'll learn about the latest outdoor gear while helping guests find the products and services that make their time in Breckenridge unforgettable. Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and select nights.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
At least 14 years of age

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge.
Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear — we'll train you!
Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards.
May include other duties such as cashiering, rentals, or assisting other departments.
Other duties as assigned.
