About The Position

This is a seasonal position with the possibility of extension beyond the end of the year. The role involves providing customer service at the Nintendo World Store in New York City, assisting customers with purchases of Nintendo branded merchandise and products, offering product information and demonstrations, recommending products based on customer needs, and performing cash register and merchandise restock duties. The position requires adherence to attendance and punctuality guidelines.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
MUST HAVE CASHIER EXPERIENCE
At least a high school diploma or GED is required
Working knowledge of video gaming products and/or services
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and represent the company at a public level
Ability to lift heavy objects or do continuous lifting while adhering to proper lifting techniques and ladder usage

Nice To Haves

Experience in a video gaming or electronics environment is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
