Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfortable with a computer based point of sale.
- Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Will lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- English reading writing and communication.
- Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferably in retail.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and outgoing demeanor with customers and team members.
- Proactively support operational and company needs with minimal supervision.
- Develop and share product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and consistently; balance cash tills at the end of each shift.
- Keep merchandise and work areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Gain familiarity with Schweitzer Mountain facilities to better assist guests.
