About The Position
Goodwill of the Great Plains is seeking several part-time Retail Associates to provide an exemplary experience and atmosphere for customers through outstanding customer service and by maintaining a clean, inviting, and shoppable store. The position pays $15.00 per hour. Goodwill aims to provide competitive, performance-based compensation that reflects the employee’s level of responsibility and supports its mission of transforming lives through the dignity of work.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sales transactions are rung up appropriately, all monies are collected and counted, and correct change is given.
- Maintain cash register supplies.
- Stock and rotate goods on the sales floor.
- Accept donated items safely, courteously, and efficiently according to store guidelines.
- Process donated items to produce inventory for the sales floor.
