Responsibilities

Greet every customer and treat each one with respect, optimism, and joy.
Answer questions and assist with customer needs throughout the store.
Escalate more complex customer service issues to an Assistant Store Manager or the Store Manager.
Share the vision and mission of Vapor Ministries with customers.
Move customers through checkout efficiently and courteously.
Operate the VTS point-of-sale system.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
Complete all opening and closing checklist procedures when scheduled for those shifts.
Keep the workspace and retail floor clean and well organized.
Perform cleaning tasks at open, at close, and throughout the shift to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
Stock shelves and racks whenever not assisting customers.
Organize and display merchandise to create an appealing, easy-to-shop space.
