About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. In a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, Athletes work across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team to build brand trust and loyalty and provide the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Employees must commit to their stated availability and maintain flexibility within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type. Managers make every effort to schedule within stated availability, but business needs may occasionally require work outside it or different availability. Expected hours are 32–40 per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal roles based on business need, and 5–15 for part-time under roles.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
