About The Position

The Retail Associate provides guidance and education to patients seeking cannabis products, delivering customer care with empathy, compassion, and professionalism. The role helps ensure customers receive the medicinal products best suited to their needs while supporting the company’s vision, mission, values, and culture. This is a full-time position at The Green Solution location at 1995 Wewatta St, Denver, Colorado. The Retail Associate works collaboratively with dispensing-facility leadership and reports to the Store Manager and Lead Associates. Compensation is $19.29 per hour plus tips and benefits. The position is non-exempt, with no travel required.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a retail operation, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office programs.
Passion for retail operations, compliance, and inventory control.
Excellent consulting skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and consistent ability to follow instructions.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
MED badge required.

Responsibilities

Ensure intake forms and other paperwork are completed and filed correctly, and enter relevant information into company databases.
Confirm patient purchase limits before admission to the consultation area and dispensary.
Provide exceptional customer care and promote positive customer relations.
Respond to customer calls and emails about products, training, and general information.
Manage patient records using state and company databases.
Maintain and update databases as needed.
Fulfill customer orders.
Sell and promote all products.
Build and maintain integrity and trust in specific products.
