About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and consumer needs to provide the ultimate Nike store experience and build brand trust and loyalty. Associates work as part of a team, supporting consumers and teammates with optimism and a focus on shared success. The starting hourly rate is $17.00. Associates must commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands. Managers make every effort to schedule within provided availability, but business needs may occasionally require work outside those hours or different availability. Shifts are scheduled based on store needs and employment type. This is a part-time position. Part-time expected hours are 14–29 hours per week. The role requires flexibility for retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on department and store or company needs. Physical duties may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations. Applicants must be at least 18. Requirements
