The Associate Retail is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience through product knowledge, service excellence, and efficient execution of store operations. This role supports sales floor activities, maintains visual and operational standards, and contributes to achieving store performance goals under the guidance of store leadership.

Requirements

  • 0–1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Basic familiarity or openness to using AI-enabled tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and technology skills (POS systems, mobile tools)
  • Ability to follow direction and work both independently and in a team
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging, assisting, and building relationships with customers
  • Support sales goals by driving product awareness, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain sales floor standards including merchandising, cleanliness, and organization
  • Assist with inventory tasks including restocking, tagging, and cycle counts
  • Support omni-channel operations
  • Follow company policies on cash handling, loss prevention, and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Adapt to changing business needs and support peak store hours
