Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop is seeking a driven, passionate, and eager Retail Associate to join their team. This role is at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for guests, involving greeting customers, guiding them through their visit, and ensuring they leave happy. The position is not just about sales but about making a difference and being part of something special.
Requirements
- Dependable and hardworking.
- Available 15-25 hours a week.
- Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays (mainly for nights and weekends with a few other shifts available throughout the week).
- Outgoing personality with a sense of humor.
- Genuinely enjoy interacting with customers.
- Ability to help customers stroll down memory lane and create memorable experiences.
- Works well with others; friendly, fun, and easy-going.
- Understands the impact of their actions on the entire team.
- Passionate about maintaining a clean, inviting workspace.
- Enjoys expressing creativity through visual merchandising.
- Self-motivated individuals who can strike a balance between following directions and driving the store to new heights.
