Requirements

Passionate about customer service.
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers.
Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Clean and neat appearance

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist customers in selecting their food or gift options
Participate in serving food from the hotline as needed
Maintain an organized and appealing display of products.
Restock shelves and ensure products are properly labeled.
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
Keep the store clean and tidy, including regularly cleaning and sanitizing the grab-and-go coolers, shelves, and countertops.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise.
Collaborate with the team to create engaging displays and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with menu options, new products, and customer preferences.
