About The Position
CrossFit is bringing its merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic retail experience at the 2026 CrossFit Games. We are looking for motivated, fitness-savvy Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the CrossFit brand with enthusiasm and authenticity. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals, and needs
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits
- Support event setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Track and report inventory levels throughout the event
- Serve as a positive and energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community
