About The Position

Fit Factory is a 6-location health club brand offering a luxury studio experience at an affordable price point. We are dedicated to serving our members, empowering our team, and supporting our communities. We are seeking experienced coaches for our home-grown CrossFit Factory Program to teach morning classes. CrossFit involves constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity, incorporating weightlifting, gymnastics, and monostructural elements to help athletes improve both in the gym and in their daily lives. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes a progressive, safe, and fun workout regimen suitable for all fitness levels, focused on achieving results. Classes are conducted in a 3,500 sq ft space equipped with a rig, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, and other standard CrossFit equipment.

Requirements

Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong knowledge and experience with functional training
Current Personal Training Certification or related degree(s)
Minimum 1-2 recent work references
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

L1 or L2 CF Certification Preferred
6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Coaching and leading athletes through a WOD (workout of the day).
Handling all issues pertaining to training under the Fit Factory training philosophy.
Logging athletes into class before/after class.
