About The Position
JP’s Gluten Free Bakery & Pastry in Durham is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused individuals to join our team. If you enjoy working in a positive environment and being part of a mission‑driven local bakery, we’d love to hear from you. JP's Pastry Durham retail store is seeking a Retail Associate. The Durham store is open seven days per week. We are seeking an associate with options for full time and part time as well as weekend help.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and punctuality
- Comfort working with customers
- Weekend availability preferred
- No prior experience required — we’ll train you
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming customer service
- Assist with sales, and check customers out at the register
- Support daily store operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help create a great experience for every guest
