About The Position
Montana Gift Corral, operated by Sharbert Enterprises, is hiring retail associates for its iconic store in historic downtown Bozeman. The role supports a customer-focused retail experience by helping guests find gifts, souvenirs, candy, apparel, home décor, and locally crafted products that represent Montana. Associates contribute to store operations through merchandising, stocking, transactions, inventory assistance, and maintaining a clean and appealing store. The company describes a family-oriented, servant-leadership culture and offers training and support, flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth. This is a seasonal role with part-time or full-time schedules available.
Requirements

- Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers.

- Ability to stand for long periods and to lift, bend, stoop, and kneel.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help customers select gifts or décor for their homes.
- Maintain organized and attractive product displays.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly labeled.
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, including regular cleaning and sanitization of bins, shelves, and countertops.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging displays and promotions.
- Stay current on trends, new products, and customer preferences.
