Requirements

Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or tourism experience is an asset, but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help others
Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling cash and electronic payment transactions

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional service to guests, assisting with product selection and park information
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail space
Merchandise products and ensure displays are visually appealing
Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product availability
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
Perform additional duties as required to support the needs of the business
