About The Position

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is seeking a hard-working and dedicated Retail Associate – Processor for their Tifton retail store. This part-time position averages 20-25 hours per week, with hours fluctuating based on business needs and operating days varying based on store location. The associate must be available to work any shifts Monday through Sunday. While hired as a Retail Associate—Processor, the individual will be cross-trained and expected to learn and work in all areas of the retail operation.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
Basic math skills.
Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment, required.

Nice To Haves

1 year of Cash handling experience, preferred.
Warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Processes and sorts donated goods in a rapid but accurate manner.
Stocks the store shelves in a neat and orderly manner.
Rotates merchandise on a color-coded system.
Identifies quality donation. Donations are priced, processed, and transported to the sales floor on time.
Achieves production goals and outcomes based on quality and quantity of donations.
Works other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.
