About The Position

Verge Mobile, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking a people-first Retail Associate Manager to support the Retail Store Manager and help lead a wireless retail location. The role focuses on driving store productivity, sales, operations, and customer experience while developing a competitive team. The Associate Manager leads by example, helps employees achieve their monthly success measurements, and contributes to a fun, goal-oriented workplace.

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Able to pass a background check.
Able to receive identity verification with CLEAR before being hired.
