About The Position

Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Associate Manager (RAM) to join their Retail Team. RAMs are brand ambassadors who create excitement around products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on customer needs. They build meaningful connections by understanding and recommending device and service solutions. This is a learning role where RAMs will build required skills and assist the Retail Store Manager with operational duties.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school degree or GED
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
Reliable transportation
Full Time (40 hours)
Leadership
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to lead your team, sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effectiveness with operational, financial and performance management
Amazing communication skills, to your team and customers
Prior wireless sales experience

Responsibilities

Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
Help customers by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology.
Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expertise.
Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
Become proficient in using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and plan benefits.
Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources.
Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships and be accountable for the company’s success.
Provide first-class customer experience in a fun environment.
