About The Position
WIS International is hiring immediately for a Part-Time Retail Inventory Associate. This role is perfect for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. You will help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided. The position involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. You will work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
- Travel to retail locations

- Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour
