About The Position

WIS International is hiring a Part-Time Retail Inventory Associate. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers. No prior inventory experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with opportunities to earn up to $5.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy. The job requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds, while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using handheld technology
