Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Available to work scheduled Saturdays
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to perform basic math and cash handling
Nice To Haves
- Previous cashier or retail experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and donors
- Operate the point-of-sale system
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Keep merchandise stocked and organized
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming store
- Support volunteers and fellow team members
