About The Position
The Retail Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to improve store performance, support a positive and safe team environment, maintain merchandising standards, and help recruit, coach, and develop the team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing time and effort, exceeding goals, and motivating efforts to raise store performance.
- Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes a safe and fun atmosphere.
- Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators.
- Help recruit, coach, and develop the team to ensure it is productive and collaborative.
